Returns Policy

Barry’s Tea guarantees its merchandise and your satisfaction.

If you’re not happy we will gladly accept the return of your purchase under the following terms:

1. Pay the return shipping and ship the replacement product with no additional shipping charges.
2. In the case of our t-shirt range, if the wrong size is ordered – please send back the delivered t-shirt with all the labels intact and we will send out a new size to you. In such instances, a shipping charge will apply.

How do I return?
Please return the item(s) in its original packaging to the address below. Send us a brief note as to why you are dissatisfied and the order invoice.

We will then refund your payment card and e-mail you on completion. We aim to have all monies refunded to you within 5 working days.
